Dear Sir or Madam,

People often ask me where Boston Made is headed. The honest answer is that our direction is clearer than any single product or date. I want to share the principles that guide where we are going, so that readers, customers and partners understand what to expect from us.

A clear structure

Boston Made, Inc. is the holding and operating company at the center of the group. Kingswell Strategic Ventures sets long-term direction. Paxton-Digital builds technology and protects our intellectual property. Fenway Web designs and builds our websites and serves outside clients. Around them sit our brands and platforms. Making that structure clear and public is part of our future, because people deserve to know who stands behind what they use.

Every site with a clear purpose

We are organizing our websites so each one has a defined job:

  • bostonmade.com is the corporate home of the group.
  • app.bostonmade.com is the central hub for the entire Boston Made world.
  • bostonmadeinc.com is our newsroom for company news and announcements.
  • bostonmade.io focuses on automation and AI.
  • bostonmade.org focuses on philanthropy.

Clear roles make each site more useful and make the whole ecosystem easier to navigate.

Technology that serves people

We will keep investing in shared platforms that make our brands faster and more connected, including business intelligence through ATLAS and automation and AI through bostonmade.io. My commitment is that technology will always be in service of real people: making things easier for customers, not replacing the care they deserve.

Quality over volume

Going forward, we are focused on publishing fewer, better things. Every article on our sites should be worth reading, every product worth owning and every page worth visiting. That is why I am personally revising and signing the letters on this site.

Rooted in community

Boston Made started as a celebration of this city, and that has not changed. Through our philanthropic work and our local partnerships, we intend to give back to the communities that made us.

Built to last

Our goal is not to grow as fast as possible. It is to build a group of companies that will still be serving people well many years from now. That means disciplined finances, honest communication, strong governance and a willingness to adapt.

I am grateful to everyone who has supported Boston Made so far. The future we are building is one I hope you will be proud to be part of.

This letter describes general goals and principles. It contains no financial projections and is not an offer or solicitation of any kind.
