This Intellectual Property Rights Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the ownership, protection, permitted use, and enforcement of intellectual property belonging to Boston Made, Inc. (“Boston Made,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to all websites, platforms, creative works, products, digital services, communications, software, and materials owned, developed, published, licensed, or distributed by Boston Made.

By accessing or using any Boston Made website, platform, product, or service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Boston Made, all intellectual property created, published, displayed, distributed, licensed, or otherwise made available by Boston Made is the sole and exclusive property of Boston Made, Inc. and/or its respective content developers, including but not limited to Nate Strickland.

This includes, without limitation:

• Trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand identifiers
• Logos, branding systems, and trade dress
• Website and platform designs, layouts, and UI/UX structures
• Written content, digital publications, and communications
• Software, source code, architecture, workflows, and technical frameworks
• Proprietary methodologies, processes, and business systems
• Marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies
• Product designs, documentation, technical drawings, and assets
• Photography, video, media, and creative outputs
• Audio, training material, and instructional content
• Databases, analytics, and compiled information
• Custom digital deliverables created for clients

All intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

2. Trademarks & Brand Identity

The Boston Made name, logos, visual identity, branding elements, and associated marks are exclusive trademarks of Boston Made, Inc.

You may not:

• Use our marks in advertising, promotion, or representation without written consent
• Create confusingly similar branding or imagery
• Imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship
• Register or attempt to register any name, logo, or mark incorporating Boston Made identifiers

Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition.

3. Copyrighted Works

All original content and creative output produced by Boston Made is protected under copyright law upon creation — whether registered or not.

You may not, without written permission:

• Copy, redistribute, alter, publish, license, rent, sell, or exploit any content
• Reproduce digital works or assets
• Remove copyright notices
• Create derivative works

Limited usage may be granted under a written license agreement only.

4. Client Work & Custom Deliverables

Boston Made provides professional digital services and development work. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing:

• Boston Made retains ownership of all intellectual property, source code, proprietary systems, and creative assets used or developed in connection with project delivery
• Clients receive a limited use license to the final deliverables solely for their internal business use
• Underlying frameworks, processes, and technical assets remain Boston Made property
• Drafts, concepts, working files, and internal tooling are not deliverables

Transfer of ownership, if requested, must be separately contracted and may require additional compensation and documentation.

5. Prohibited Use of Boston Made IP

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Claiming Boston Made content or work product as your own
• Removing or altering copyright or attribution notices
• Republishing or reselling Boston Made intellectual property
• Reverse engineering or extracting proprietary systems
• Framing, scraping, or harvesting site structure or code
• Training AI or machine-learning models using Boston Made IP without consent

Violations may result in legal action for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees.

6. Moral Rights & Attribution

Where applicable, Boston Made and its content creators retain moral rights, including the right of attribution and the right to object to derogatory treatment of creative works.

Unauthorized removal or alteration of attribution is prohibited.

7. Reporting IP Violations

Boston Made takes intellectual property protection seriously.

If you believe Boston Made intellectual property has been infringed — or if you believe your intellectual property has been improperly used by Boston Made — please contact us at:

8. Enforcement

Boston Made reserves all rights to:

• Seek statutory and punitive damages
• Block or terminate site access
• Report violations to authorities

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

9. No Transfer or License Implied

Use of Boston Made websites or services does not transfer or grant any license or ownership rights in Boston Made intellectual property — whether express, implied, or otherwise — except where explicitly provided in writing.

10. Updates to This Policy

Boston Made may update this Policy periodically. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

11. Governing Law
